Our Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018. We will meet at the Cape Canaveral Library, 201 Polk Ave, Cape Canaveral 32920. The meeting will begin with a call to order at 6:00pm. The meeting will adjourn at 8:00pm as that is when the Library closes.
The agenda, voting items, budgets and bylaws will be posted here between August 22 and September 22, 2018 to keep you up to date and informed.

The elected board members will be holding a short meeting on May 15, 2018.

Please understand this is a working Executive Board meeting. We have a limited amount of time to deal with many issues as you may note by the size of the agenda. Our Board serves voluntarily for the good of our community, and have been very active in resolving issues that affect each of us.
Therefore, we ask that questions that may be held until our annual meeting, please hold and bring up at that time.
